Chilli
A very cold recipe
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 Tin Chopped Tomatos
- 2 Tsp Coriander
- 2 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Hot Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 Tin Lentils, drained
- 1 Tin Aduki Beans, drained
Method
- Fry the onion until soft
- Add the garlic, fry for one minute
- Add the tomatoes, spices and tomato puree, and stir well
- Add the lentils and aduki beans. Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 20 minutes
Serve with brown basmati rice and nachos
