A very cold recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tin Chopped Tomatos
  • 2 Tsp Coriander
  • 2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Hot Chilli Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tin Lentils, drained
  • 1 Tin Aduki Beans, drained

Method

  1. Fry the onion until soft
  2. Add the garlic, fry for one minute
  3. Add the tomatoes, spices and tomato puree, and stir well
  4. Add the lentils and aduki beans. Bring to the boil, then simmer gently for 20 minutes

Serve with brown basmati rice and nachos
